The Governance, Risk & Compliance at DBS introduced an initiative to enhance the existing legacy system from base. Understanding how the legacy system could not fulfil manual work, the enhanced system was built base on feedbacks & in-depth considerations.
In addition, the system is used widely across different countries. The project undergo the AGILE methodology that consists of retrospective, sprints, story cards and the use of personalised kanban board. This methodology has increased the productivity and made possible to deliver product timely.
• Directed a cross-regional team of tech developers to streamline the legacy Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) system, aimed at reducing fragmentation among divisions and departments using Agile methodology
• Enhanced development process and reduced lead time from 4 to 2 weeks by effectively communicating, and negotiating stakeholder requirements & translating them as clear technical terms for developers
